Ferdinand Kloer sen. started in 1913 with vegetable crops under Mistbeetfenstern on his farm and thus laid the foundation for steady growth in horticulture. In 1930, the company was handed over to Johann Kloer. In 1970, his son Ferdinand took over, who switched the plant to the production of ornamental plants. Johannes Kloer took over the business in 1998. Today the company produces on 24,000 sqm young plants of: bedding plants, perennials, potted plants, grasses, biomass plants from seeds and cuttings. In addition, we produce order propagation, raw material and finished goods for bedding plants and potted plants for our customers. We specialize in seeds seedlings that are: „Powerplugs“. 

Our modern greenhouses are equipped with mobile tables, shading systems, casting cars and assimilation imaging. Climate and irrigation are computer controlled. In production there are modern sowing machines. In order to guarantee evenly full seedling trays, the trays are processed using a fully automatic mending machine. For a consistently good quality, a team of well-trained gardeners. 

The „Powerplug assortment“ will be together with Rudy Raes Bloemenzaden n.v. (www.raes.be). All varieties are tested and selected for greenhouse and field properties in Belgium.
